Do I need to reserve hosting and create a special site to publish the courses?
Once you create your account with Taalam , you have an integrated platform to publish and manage your training courses and students as well.
Creating your own website is optional to use for marketing tasks or to showcase your business.
How much will it cost if I use your online payment platform?
The cost of using our platform is 15% of your total sales that are paid through our platform, for example if a student buys a course worth $ 100 and pays it through our platform, the value that the platform deducts is only $ 15.
How can students purchase courses?
Any student can participate in any training course by visiting the course link and then clicking on buy the course and create his own account or log in if he already has an account on our platform and complete the payment process if the course is not free.
I paid and I cannot access the platform
After the completion of your purchase process, we send the password to your e-mail registered during the purchase process. Please make sure of your inbox and sometimes it reaches the spam / junk folder. If you received the password, it did not work? You can create a new password by clicking forgot password on the login page. And if you still cannot log in, please contact technical support to help you.

No. Because the learning dot net platform does not look at the name of the teacher or others in the content of your course, but we do not always recommend sharing your account information with anyone else, even if it is from the Taalam team.

Can I link or merge my account with third-party apps?
Yes, you can link your account with third-party websites or applications, as the Taalam platform supports connection with dozens of platforms to help you increase the productivity of your business .. such as Convert kit, Zapier, Shopify … etc
Can I link my payment gateway on the learning platform?
You cannot use it directly on the Taalam platform instead of the default payment gateway on the platform, but you can use the special payment gateway on your accounting system or website if you have it or even through local payment. This will not affect your account or students’ experience on the platform. Then you can Add your students Manually.
What fields can be published on Taalam?
You can publish your training course, regardless of the field and content, as long as it does not violate public morals and the policy of the platform.
Do I need an office or a registered company to open an account on Taalam?
You do not need to register a company or send your company papers if you have them, unless you are registered with us as a registered company, so we may ask you for official papers. If you are registered in a regular personal account, we will not ask you for company papers, but we may ask you for proof of identity only if we need to.
What are the video formats allowed to be used?
